Day 1 (Wednesday, June 28), row from Smiths Falls to Merrickville with a lunch stop in Kilmarnock.  The distance is 23 km and there are 7 locks.

Day 2 (Thursday, June 29), row from Merrickville to Rideau River Provincial Park.  Lunch stop is at Burri’s Rapids.  The distance is 23 km and there are 4 locks.

Day 3 (Friday, June 30), row from Rideau River Provincial Park to Black Rapids.  Lunch stop is at WA Baxter Conservation Area.  The distance is 36 km and there are 4 locks.

Day 4 (Saturday, July 1, Canada Day), row from Black Rapids to Victoria Island in Ottawa with stops at Dow’s Lake and Ottawa New Edinburgh Club.  The distance is 20 km.  No locks.

Day 5 (Sunday, July 2), tour ends.  Say goodbye to your fellow rowers.
